Learn how to create a balanced diet that fuels your body and mind.
Essential Oil Workshop
Essential oil workshops teach you about essential oils and aromatherapy, and how to use them to promote well-being. Workshops can cover a range of topics, including: blending, properties of essential oils, mixing and dispensing and making products.
Sound Bath
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience that uses sound waves to promote relaxation and healing. Sounds are created by singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks and shruti boxes. Sound baths help with stress, anxiety and other concerns. For the ultimate relaxation and releasing experience.

Aromatherapy: A Holistic approach that uses aromatic plant extracts called essential oils, for therapeutic benefits by inhalation, or topical application, aiming to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
