Classes
Vinyasa
Flow to Restore
Vinyasa classes are well suited for all levels of students ranging from beginner to advanced. If you are completely new to yoga, Vinyasa classes are movement based and offer a creative, flowing (sometimes cardiovascular) sequence of postures connecting movement with breath. These classes are designed to create an overall balance of strength, flexibility, and range of mobility. To serve all students, advanced options will be given. Students can stay where they are or choose to explore more challenging poses or complex sequences as experience is gained. This is a safe space for all students to choose their preferred way.
Silver Sisters

- use of light weights to increase strength
- chairs for balance, agility, joint health, and range of motion
- coordination
- light cardio
- increased flexibility
A physically and mentally simple safe movement practice.
Meditation
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm and stable state.
Restorative
Release, relax, and rejuvenate in this class designed for all bodies. Restorative Yoga is perfect for anyone looking for a more restful approach to their yoga practice. A perfect counterbalance to the stresses of life, this practice encourages the body and mind to unwind, relieves tension and pain, balances energy, and supports the healing process. Yoga props are utilized to promote absolute comfort. Long, supported holds of 5-20 minutes give space for each practitioner to relax. Postures, soothing breath-work, and calming music all layer together to provide a space to explore your ability to soften on and off the yoga mat. All levels are welcome.
Extended Offerings
Essential Oils &
Aromatherapy
A natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other source from which it is extracted. Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots, or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being.
Sound Bath
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. It is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Breathe Work
Breath work, or Prānāyāma, is the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. In Sanskrit, prāṇa means "vital life force", and yāma means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with prāṇa, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prāṇa ṣakti or life energies. Prānāyāma is described in Hindu texts such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Later in Hatha yoga texts, it meant the complete suspension of breathing.
Life Science
Ayurveda, or Life Science, began 5,000 - 10,000 years ago, making it the oldest (and wisest!) system of medicine on the planet. And while it is very difficult to name the exact origins of Ayurveda, without question it has the classical philosophies of Indian culture at its root, including Hinduism, Vedanta, and Samkhya. The history of Ayurveda is the convergence of a powerful ritualistic tradition based in spiritual and natural therapies, acquired through divine inspiration, with evidence based knowledge acquired through human experience. It is the meeting of these two patterns that makes Ayurveda such a dynamic and truly holistic science.
